Yes, all of our jewellery is crafted using high-quality, genuine materials such as 925 sterling silver, gold plating, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure durability, beauty, and authenticity you can trust.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@paradisetreasure.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

We do our best to restock popular items whenever possible. However, some of our jewellery pieces are limited edition or handcrafted in small batches, so availability may vary. We currently ship Australia-wide. Whether you're in a major city or a remote location, we’ll deliver your jewellery right to your doorstep. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our delivery areas in the future.
